Flits Loyalty Rewards Program

This is exactly the app I was searching for - I can reward users with credits instead of fixed percentage coupons! I am using it now to increase the number of reviews left by customers. So far - so good! What I like the most... is the dev support team! I've worked with many apps and I can tell that they have skills. Every request for tweaks, bug fixes or requests, they fix 100%. The cherry on top is that the support is fast!! 5 out of 5 stars - one of the best apps on Shopify!

The app is amazing. It has provided our clients with clarity on their orders and account as the layout is wonderful and so easy to view. This has reduced the amount of calls regarding clients' accounts. But what makes this app really stand out is the team behind it. Within 3 days of installing the app, they have seamlessly integrated another app we use, and even improved upon it's layout for us. Amazing! Thank you so very much!! When we moved to Shopify we wanted to restore the customer account pages to match closely to what we offered on our previous platform. The main things we desired were a re-order function and being able to track the shipments. Flits worked closely with us to tailor their app to our needs while minimizing the overall footprint of the app on our site. While out of the box we needed to make some changes, they were fantastic in their willingness to help us get to where we needed to be.

Our customer account area really needed a facelift- but we don't have the budget for custom work. This is where Flits comes in and works so well. Honestly, I had a few integration glitches with other apps and their service was phenomenal. I can't believe how perfectly they worked everything out until it was just right for $5 a month. Great app and great service team! (FYI: My glitch was with sendowl digital downloads appearing for prior orders. They fixed it up, and it works great now!)

We are currently upgrading to shopify 2.0 and have asked for constant help from the support team! We received prompt response and fix. The support team has helped us for some of the theme issue, which they were not supposed to. The customer page is simple but beautiful, exactly the design we are looking for. Zero problem with the integration. Flits also supports Multi language which make it very user-friendly for our global customers. Probably one of the best app for customer account login page!

Really impressed with this app and the support we have gotten so far! We recently moved our store from another platform (WP + WC) and wanted to move to Shopify to streamline and make things easier on us maintaining it. I have used this APP to one of my website, I then added to our main website. It's a bit expensive but it works really nice, my customers love it. I great shout out goes to Ankit. Not only understood what I needed immediately, but was happy to implement the change in few hours. not only this, when i comment about a details way outside normal working hours, the message was read and implemented in minutes. We have recently added this app to our new theme to add some features to our website that we were unable to offer before. The reason we added this app was primarily for the re-order feature, but the other features it offers has been a hit too including the recently viewed items and the ability to order directly from the review list. It's just a shame that the wishlist option is an add-on, that would have been nice to have been included. The support we've received from Flits has been excellent and we would highly recommend them. The app and support are great. I would consider our store (balloonin.com) and the way it's set up to be pretty unique in its challenges for how products/kits are built, but their support has worked with me quickly and efficiently to make it all work. It is a really simple app to use and looks very nice. I am currently only using the customer profile page, but intend on checking out some of the additional paid features as well now that I trust the app and support. Ankit Joshi has been my main point of contact, and I have been very satisfied with the communication and results.
