The app is pretty great, but the support team is fantastic! Patel especially. I had some problems with some translations and some buttons not working and the guy was there to help me all the way.
Great support and beautiful interface. Got my issues rectified within a day. It will be great if there are future updates that allow more customisation and addition of more 3rd party apps/widgets.
Excellent app and the team support is amazing! Ankit is such a wonderful and helpful person, I had a coding issue on our website and the team was able to resolve it within 1 day. Thank you so much!
Great app, provides a nice professional experience for our customers. And their upgraded theme is great, really sleek. They also have great customer service if you ever need any help with changes.
AMAZING customer service! I had a few design change requests and they were phenomenal in resolving them quickly. Super kind and helpful people - wonderful app to have on my store. Thank you so much!

Flits is the best customer account management app and their team assists with editing the code for all design requests! Flits has a very skilled team and I am so glad to have partnered with their team.
Great support! fixed within 24 hours. probably it would of been quicker if I was to reply to emails quicker. Looks like a great App so far! Thanks for the help of fixing an error from another app uninstall!
I used this app to help implement a more robust accounts page. The customer service team was amazing and helped me out with all of my questions and needs. I would recommend for functionality and CS. 5 stars
Support staff = awesome! Really helpful. This app is perfect for customer account pages. Really great and I had one small issue with spacing and the support staff James helped me change it really quickly. 5/5
