Great app and outstanding support!
We've had a great experience with Workflow Trigger Extensions. The app offers useful functionality that helps us improve and automate our Shopify operations.
What really stands out is the support. The team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in understanding real business challenges. They take feedback seriously and are always willing to explore new solutions.
It's refreshing to work with developers who truly listen to merchants and continuously improve the product based on their needs.
Highly recommended!
App does not work as intended. Missing several triggers on day one, as well as triggering on every order update and not just Order Note updates as the flow states.
Thank you for the feedback, and I am sorry about the experience.
You were right about the Order Note trigger. What you were seeing came from a
separate, broader "Order Update" trigger running alongside it, so your Order Note
flow was working correctly the whole time. On the Settings page you can switch
that broader trigger off and leave Order Note Changed running on its own. Every
trigger in the app can be enabled or disabled individually there, so you can keep
exactly the ones you want and nothing else.
On the missing triggers: most of them only become available once the matching
permission is granted on the Permissions page. If that was not what you ran into,
I would genuinely like to know, because that is exactly the kind of thing we want
to fix.
What I regret most is the silence. I replied to your support email twice, the
first time within a few hours, and our mail system failed to deliver either one.
You were left waiting with a setup that was not doing what you wanted and no
answer from us. That was our failure, not yours.
If you are ever willing to try again, write to us and I will set it up for you
personally.

Solide App mit umfangreichen und nützlichen Trigger-Erweiterungen für Shopify Flow. Der Support reagiert zeitnah und hilft bei Fragen weiter.
This app fills a massive gap in Shopify Flow. We run complex automations that depend on events such as order edits and others. Our automations depend on them daily. Can't recommend it enough.
Love this app! It works wonderfully with Shopify's AI to build apps. Using the this app for trigger events saves my team hours every week. Worth every penny.
The additional trigger conditions provided by this app are fantastic, and provide functionality that Shopify Flow out of the box just lacks.
Their support is quick and on point, and extremely helpful.
Needed a function Shopify couldn't offer, this app took care of it! Also, asked for a change and they were very accommodating! Very helpful app and support. Thank you!
Eine hilfreiche Erweiterung, die Shopify Flow gleich etwas weniger sperrig macht!
