i can't reactivate inactive flows without fake-editing them!
You should be able to activate workflows without having to make edits. I'd recommend contacting support so they can help you out, or potentially asking Sidekick if it sees anything that might be wrong.
It is pretty helpful to set up workflows but takes a learning curve on how to use.

why isn't this automatically done for shopify customers? Why did I have to get thousands of fraud alerts before I was told by a specialist to do this?
It's handy, but is missing some triggers/logic that would make it even more useful.
Easy to use and create workflows. Templates are helpful.
