cancel perfectly good orders as fraud, makes a whole mess
Thanks for the feedback. Flow does not make changes to your store on it's own but through workflows that you build and activate. Everything is amazing , except we require to setup a birthday flow discount, which Flow software does not have.
Totally uncool. Very hard to use if your are not IT wiz. It supposedly replaces fraud filter which worked perfectly well and impossible to migrate because Shopify Instruction don't work

the flows are not working, none!!! when you contact support they suggest hiring a developer to fix this. what a joke!

the description is very confusing and there is no way to contacts shopify app to get support on this app , PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!
this is an update to the original review that was one star and i change it to 3 star since Paul managed to help me with some of the queries , however its still very hard to do straight forward task , i actually used React flow to create some of the more advanced flows , so i am updating this to 3 stars only due to Paul that he really went out of his way to help me, however the system is not user friendly ,

For me it is a great app, and support helps with setting up flows. I think the bad reviews are here only becuase people do not understand the flow logic.

We have been using it for a couple months now to tag orders according to different criteria and it's been doing great for us so far.
Needed to differentiate between POS and online customers via a tagging system. All apps that would do this required payment but this is done automatically via flows for free! Thanks!
