There's no option to contact a customer with a specific email, which was the only reason we wanted to use Flow, so that's pretty disappointing.

The perfect companion to automate those small but important tasks. It just works great every time, if there's an issue it'll let you know about it. Paired with sidekick you can view example output of your workflows before you run them and receive recommendations on improvements to variables.

It offers a wide range of possibilities and can cover very complex needs, but the technical setup is often difficult to manage or figure out, and support assistance is usually required.

Great - could be easier to use with common ready to use flows presetup, and natural language rules not liquid variables - but overall its helpfull

Flow has gotten incredibly useful and flexible, to the point of handling a lot of the actions you would normally do in a middleware. The other day we implemented a first_published_date to have a source of truth on which products came first, and it was doable entirely in Flow. Excited to see what comes next.

I need a FLOW that can tag MULTIPLE open/unfulfilled/partially fulfilled/not cancelled orders by the same customer - basically multiple un-shipped orders so I can easily ID them. Shopify AI and ChatGPT have not been able to successfully suggest a method. Seems absolutely ridiculous this isn't a template - TO SAVE SELLER AND BUYER MONEY!
