Sidekick is awesome and not perfect but learning
Easy to set up and manage. When used in combination with Shopify's segments, Flow allows you to seamlessly automate communications to at risk customers.
It sucks and does not work. We are trying to build a stupid workflow for a function that shopify used to offer natively, but in all of the inane *updates* has disappeared (SORT A COLLECTION BY INVENTORY. WHY IS THIS SO HARD NOW)

very poor as no possibility to copy another one.. Very cumbersome, not customerfriendly. Fix it asap!
Love using FLOW! It has so many capabilities and paired with AI you can automate many tasks yourself!
