so far it works wll and using the ai tool it is generally simple to get complex things done in my store
buggy, add to store button disappears after using sidekick
Very easy to use and set up workflows and more. The templates have been very helpful!
Very robust when you're working with the excellent Support Team at Shopify. The Virtual AI assistant is helpful as well.
Sometimes it will cancel out steps if you repeat them, if I have condition to check something, and then I re check it later, it seems to action on the opposite - which is very un ideal. Otherwise I absolutely love this app, You flow writer is amazing, your editor isn't, its very hard to edit complex flows after they have been created, but from scratch, with the right information provided, your flow is amazing.
Hi, thanks for the review, we appreciate it. Regarding the issue, given the same data and state, a workflow will always work the same way. If you are seeing a condition work inconsistency then it's not configured correctly for the data it's seeing. I'd recommend testing it and looking at the results, or asking the community or Sidekick to evaluate it and see if there is a better way.
