It's helpful once you set it up but its very difficult to set up a flow. Not intuitive at all.
Unnecessarily hard to figure out logic, fields and criteria.
Super easy and I love all of the automation templates I can use for my website. Thank you for making this such an easy-to-use app!
Muy dificil en diferentes lenguajes, algunas veces está en ingles y otras veces en español, el buscador de funciones no funciona bien.
Saves my team so much time! And with the help of sidekick i'm using this feature like a pro. As a newbie, I remember feeling so overwhelmed by it when it first came out, but its such a game changer once you get the hang of it.
Tem alguns problemas, principalmente não poder duplicar rápido
It was very easy to edit and I loved the set up for the email content did not need to change much, having my brand colours already there. Each step of the way was easy and I am no tech person.

cancel perfectly good orders as fraud, makes a whole mess
Thanks for the feedback. Flow does not make changes to your store on it's own but through workflows that you build and activate. Everything is amazing , except we require to setup a birthday flow discount, which Flow software does not have.
Totally uncool. Very hard to use if your are not IT wiz. It supposedly replaces fraud filter which worked perfectly well and impossible to migrate because Shopify Instruction don't work
