Rather comprehensive and good. Keep your tongue in your mouth when doing and you can do well with it.

Hi thanks for the review. If Flow cancelled the order, Flow has no control over that email. You can edit the Cancel order email template in the Admin settings, so I'd guess that someone in your shop did that and messed it up. If you can't find the issue, I'd recommend contacting Shopify support. Also, in the future, if you have a Flow question, try over on the community instead of via a review.
