I need an option to easily add existing customer segments to a workflow
Can't open each action in a new tab. Wish I could duplicate actions. Biggest issue is not being able to merge 2 branches into one action. I had to duplicate this workflow for 2 alternative emails and when I duplicated the flow, the emails didn't even attach. Might as well have kept them all in one workflow.
I find this app powerful but I am still working through using it to our benefit. It is a bit confusing, but with Sidekick, he's helping me set it all up which is terrific. Yay Sidekick - it is now easy to use. Deborah, DK Beauty

Great sidekick help
Easy to set up and manage. When used in combination with Shopify's segments, Flow allows you to seamlessly automate communications to at risk customers.
It sucks and does not work. We are trying to build a stupid workflow for a function that shopify used to offer natively, but in all of the inane *updates* has disappeared (SORT A COLLECTION BY INVENTORY. WHY IS THIS SO HARD NOW)
