Shopify Flow helps us keep things elegant and effortless — just like our brand. It automatically tags our products by trend (Boho Chic, Quiet Luxury, etc.), adds them to collections, and keeps everything flowing without manual work.
If you're running a fashion-forward boutique and want to automate the backend while keeping the front-end fabulous, this is it.

Great app! Some more inputs and scenarios would be excellent; for example the ability to start a flow based on order edits

Excelente, pero se podría mejorar un poco la documentanción y la forma en que se puede usar el Flow de manera más avazanda ya que en algunos momentos se es dificil comprender como poder implementarlo.

It is awesome app, but why I can't use email templates from the Email app in the Flow app?

missing lots of shopify values. e.g. i can look up discounts but not create or apply existing ones? Lots of potential with Flow but currently seems half baked.

Need ability to filter which tags trigger the journey. Currently, the system gets bogged down by multiple journeys that are get triggered every time a tag is added.

Shopify Flow is a powerful and practical tool once you get the hang of it. The automation features are useful. Once flows are properly set up, they trigger reliably and help save a lot of manual work.

That said, the app can be a bit sluggish at times. It takes a while to load all the flows, and navigating through larger or more complex workflows can feel slow. But despite that, it's definitely a valuable addition to our Shopify toolkit.

I still can’t believe Shopify Flow is completely free. It’s a powerful, intuitive, and beautifully integrated tool that feels like it should cost hundreds per month. After wasting far too much time and energy with Klaviyo — which I found clunky, overly complicated, and painfully slow — switching to Flow felt like a breath of fresh air.

With Flow, I can easily automate tasks that used to be a nightmare: sending targeted emails based on customer segments, tagging VIP clients, flagging suspicious orders, managing internal alerts… all with just a few clicks and no coding required.

It’s fast. It’s reliable. It works. Unlike Klaviyo, which constantly felt like a battle against the tool itself, Flow lets you focus on growing your business, not troubleshooting bugs or getting lost in a jungle of confusing settings.

Free. Integrated. Powerful. This is a true game changer.
Highly recommended.

Livechanging. I am finally able to automate some stupid tasks. Setting up more complicated tasks requires understanding how Shopify manages things internally. Though I am a developer I don't think Non-Developers can handle this beast. Anyways I love it :-)

LOVE IT, It will be even more awesome if you could copy, paste, or delete, several selected actions or conditions. ;)
