Add the mandatory EU withdrawal button (§ 356a BGB) to your store. Customers withdraw without login.
Since 19 June 2026 the online withdrawal button is mandatory (§ 356a BGB, EU Directive 2023/2673). FloziBack adds it to your shop in minutes as an app embed above the footer or as a block, no code. Customers withdraw right in your shop, guests included. Every declaration is accepted and stored with an evidentiary timestamp, and the confirmation of receipt is sent automatically. In the dashboard you check the order match, decide by email and export everything as evidence.

Hab ehrlich gesagt mit mehr Aufwand gerechnet. Button sitzt im Footer, Kunden füllen das Formular aus, ich krieg eine Mail, der Kunde auch. Fertig. Und das für unter einen Euro im Monat, während andere zehn wollen. Klare Empfehlung.
