We are sofar very satisfied with this AI chatbot solution. It has enhanced the user experience on our website and provides real value to our visitors. During our implementation process, the customer support team truly stood out. They responded incredibly fast, were always helpful, and went the extra mile to resolve questions. Outstanding service and a great product we highly recommend.
Fantastic product backed up by an even better team. TTV for us was literally within days and at every step of the way, the Flyweight team has been there to ensure that we're getting the most value out of the product. Game changer for Shopify merchants looking to introduce high-quality AI flows into their customer support experience.
Flyweight was up and running in no time! Setup couldn't be easier, and the result speaks for itself. We were able to customize every relevant design element, and our customers started using the live chat from day one. The Flyweight team also provides excellent support, whether it's setting up custom routings or building individual solutions. Highly recommended!
The application is very smart and efficient and can read and memorize your website correctly, very good one
Early days but very easy to setup and so far very effective.
