Nothing is working on that app, the importation of product don't work, no contact at all within the chat or email to fix any problem.
It is too risky doing business with them at that point. Too bad.
Our import process is that you first log in your account and then choose product import. For the specific operation process, you can consult the customer service center. Our public email account is sales@fondmart.com and our WhatsApp account is+1 5714890103 , but our public account has not received any email about your problem. we are sorry for inconvenience. If you have other questions later, you can consult public email and public WhatsApp. Other consultation methods may not receive your email due to personnel changes .Have a good day !
