Monocle Inventory & Forecast

I am a new user. The app is simple and straight forward to use. I love how I can quickly assess my inventory levels and get my reorders done quickly with less guess work. This is definitely going to help my team be efficient.

I had a few questions and the chat response time was A+. Was able to chat with Amir and get all my questions answered. Great customer service!

Could not rate higher. Tried and tested a few apps before coming across this one. With over 1300 sku's and 100+ suppliers, we were looking for something that can simplify the process and optimise stock levels. This does that and more. It's user friendly and intuitive to use and the onboarding process by Amir is second to none. So much better to be able to have someone to speak to who knows the app inside out and wants to make it better and work with you. THANKS AMIR!!

We have been looking for a solution to prevent running out of stock, optimizing stock levels and simplifying purchase orders. Looks like I might have just found exactly what I need, and to make it even better: When I installed the app and started looking around I was offered to jump on a call with Amir who showed me around and sparred with me on solving my challenges. So far it looks like a powerful solution by an absolutely brilliant guy!

Best solution we've found to inform our inventory purchases and re-orders! It tells you when to order based off the history of sales on that product. If you want to get a handle on your inventory for once, get this app.

Seeing analytics/forecasts for each variant has been incredibly useful in understanding demand and knowing when I will stock out on product. All-in-all, I'm probably saving 5 days a month in demand planning and purchase order creation & tracking. Their support is also top notch - getting back to me almost immediately with any questions I might have. I would give this 6 out 5 rating if I could.

Brilliant App but is really complicated to understand. Have reached out for help via the chat box and e mail and have received nothing back. Would be good to have a proper walk through and answers to my questions.

Love this platform! Monocle is very simple and easy to understand! Very kind product developers and overall can't wait to use the app to help with inventory forecasting!

Great App. Simple and easy to use. Way better than inventory planner. Amir is a great guy and very helpful and willing to listen. SAAS should be like this.
