I had initially run into a small glitch where my form wasn’t showing up on the page. What really stood out was how proactive the Hulk Form Builder team was—they reached out quickly, set up a call, and walked me through the issue end-to-end.
Not only did they resolve the problem smoothly, they also went the extra mile by giving me access to some premium features to make sure everything worked exactly the way I needed.
Super prompt, genuinely supportive, and truly customer-first. It’s rare to find a team that’s this responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable form builder with outstanding support.
Service client réactif et utile, j'ai posé beaucoup de questions pour le plan gratuit et j'ai finalement eu besoin de prendre le plan Pro pour lequel on m'a proposé un code promo. Merci !

We've been using this app for more than a year now. The support team is very prompt in responding to my issues, and Vishal, the app developer, is great at fixing and addressing them as well.
I've been using hulk form builder for over 8 years! I absolutely love their features, especially the paid features, and more importantly the customer service is top notch! They are always ready to assist and go into your settings to fix any glitches. What I also love is all the conversations stay in one chat box even if there's a new agent assisting you for the day. I will stick with them for all my forms!
