Hulk Form Builder

Sadly my experience was poor as I spent an entire day building an extensive form while hitting save regularly, but when I went to get it back it had not saved at all. The Hulk customer support was excellent but they could not work out what went wrong as their own test saved perfectly. I assume from all the positive reviews that this is an excellent app but I won't be using it as I am not going to spend more time on an app which let me down the first time I used it.

Was not as intuitive as I would like, but after a developer set it up and missed a step the customer service was quick (on a weekend) solved the problem quickly and were very polite. Would love to see it become more intuitive but could not ask for much more. Would recommend.

I have used this form for years to gather information requested for Custom items. It has helped me to secure so many orders and has a professional look to my Customers.

This app... makes forms AND puts them on your store front! If that's not enough for you their support team respond quick, and fixed the issue within a couple of hours.

I could ask for more but that would require me being a more imaginative person than I am.

Well done Hulk Form Builder!

wasted 5 hours of my life as this doesn’t operate with shopify integration. forced to subscribe to pro version to resolve but no use! now stuck with subscription................

A fantastic app! I recently needed to create a form-based campaign, and this app was perfect for it. Although there were a few minor issues along the way, the team resolved them promptly. Highly recommended.

Sadly, the Google Sheets integration, which I paid $20 for, does not work automatically. I need to use Zapier for it to publish every single time I receive a submission.
Wasted a lot of time setting it up to end up having to use another app.

We've run this app for 4 years, very happy with it. Also, really pleased with the prompt attention from the support team when I had a query. Thank you, happy to give 5 stars.

They have an amazing customer service team who really understands their product capabilities. They also are great at customizing the products as well. Shout out to the amazing tech team Tarik, Alisa, Eman, and Danko for bringing my vision to life with their outstanding work, especially as I migrated to Shopify. This tech team made this transition for me easier. This company even made sure that all my form submissions were currently integrated to my email marketing service provider and they made sure that the customized form was working by doing the testing for me. I highly recommend this app.
