Hulk Form Builder

Outstanding and friendly customer service! This app does exactly what it's supposed to do, and it does so in a very user-friendly manner. I also really appreciate how helpful and responsive their customer service team has been throughout my experience. They always go above and beyond to assist with any questions or issues I have. It's clear they genuinely care about their users. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable and easy-to-use solution. 10/10, definitely recommend.

Overall great app. We were able to incorporate a form on a landing page for applicants to provide details that help us determine if they are a fit for our program. Great option to customize a form to match the aesthetic and font styling so the page is cohesive. Customer support is responsive and helpful.

I had to find a way to build forms outside of the Shopify coding (which had failed me on a number of occasions). I thought I'd try Hulk Form Builder and it has been just what I needed. It's pretty easy to set up and modify but most importantly their support is really on the ball. They respond quickly and actually know the product. I recommend this app based on my experience so far. Now I'm thinking about all the uses I could have for it.

First off, I love this form app. Even the free version has everything that I need and their customer service is off the hook! They are quick to respond and are more than happy to help. I have a theme that allowed my main banner to appear on the front page of my site and my contact page only. I didn't know how to add it to any other pages. I wanted to use my Hulk form as my contact page, but I couldn't figure out how to get the banner from the built in contact page to show on my form page. But, Andres made it happen! I'm so happy and thankful for his help! Awesome service!!

The app works well and the support team is very helpful. They implemented a feature within 24 hours that is very useful to us - adding MailChimp contact tags when submitting via the form. Now segmenting will be a breeze!

BurgerWay Truck has had an amazing experience with the Form Builder app. It's streamlined our form collection process and has been a real asset to our business. The customer service was fantastic—they helped us get the submission number added to the email subject line in no time. We're really grateful for this awesome app and the support team behind it. If you’re a store owner, definitely give it a try!

My company looked at a few Shopify form builders and when we read the reviews and received a 30-minute call from Hulk Form Builder we immediately knew that they could build a Customer Q&A form for our needs. The customer support we received from Hulk Form Builder was outstanding especially from Vedran. We highly recommend Hulk Form Builder to everyone and their 5-Star customer service. Thank you Hulk Form Builder!

I recently used the Hulk Form Builder app on Shopify and I'm extremely impressed. The app is user-friendly with great customization options, but the standout feature is the customer service. They are incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing my questions and issues promptly. Highly recommended for anyone needing custom forms on their Shopify store

We are using the form for as a returns form, really like that customers can attach a photo of the product and can then answer some simple questions to make the return/exchange process easy. Great support after booking a call and being shown the different features. Really appreciate speaking to a friendly knowledgable developer/support team member in real time.

Our form was easy to build and the customer service was excellent when it came to walking me through some trouble I was having with integration. In addition, I was very happy to find that the customer service agent I spoke with was able to remove the watermark on our form without me having to update our subscription. There is so much functionality with the free plan and they have done a great job building this app and caring for their customers. At this point, I would be happy to recommend this app!
