I needed to get the Auto-Responder feature activated for my withdrawal form. The support team (especially Vedran, Dino and Christian and the technical team) was incredibly fast, professional, and helpful. They verified my store status and unlocked the fields within minutes. Excellent customer service and a great app for Shopify!

I contacted customer service for help with some form settings that didn't seem to be working. They ended up finding that the issue was actually a critical breakdown with our organization's domain that we weren't aware of and that caused us not to get email for a few days.
