Excellent app. We’ve had a few customizations that we needed help with and the customer service is super fast to reply and was able to help solve our situation. Thank you Segmedina for your help!

Great help from Segmedina!

Deepa answered my question and resolved my issue quickly. This is the only Shopify app that I have tried that worked seamlessly.

Deepa was so friendly and helpful and even created some customisations for me when I couldn't figure things out. Highly recommend this app.

I had the pleasure of working with Adna from Hulk Form Builder and she was extremely helpful and detailed in getting all of my requests and tasks done. I highly recommend using the Hulk Form Builder for Shopify!
