The form stopped working on Google Chrome for over a week, which caused a number of customer complaints on our end. That said, once we raised it, customer service responded well: they offered a discount as a commercial gesture and helped us work through a solution. We appreciated the support.
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that our customer service team was able to respond effectively and support you in resolving the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the form not working on Google Chrome, as we understand how important it is for your operations. Your experience is important to us, and we're always here to help if you encounter any further concerns. We appreciate your understanding and hope to continue supporting you in the future.
Best regards,
The HulkApps Team
1 lomakkeen saa luotua ilmaiseksi. Auto responder täytyy aktivoida asiakapalvelun kautta chatissä, mutta se aktivoitiin nopeasti.
Gets the job done!!
The form app is good for a free tier version, one thing to improve is when the page loads, the form loads in delay which cause in layout shift.
Form creation is easy. Support is quick and courteous.
I deducted one star because there are occasional reception issues, but overall I am satisfied.
Was not as intuitive as I would like, but after a developer set it up and missed a step the customer service was quick (on a weekend) solved the problem quickly and were very polite. Would love to see it become more intuitive but could not ask for much more. Would recommend.
The free version of this app works well. However asking for customized changes was a bit complicated because of unclear communication. Eventually everything worked out but there was frustration at the start.
I've had some trouble getting the form moved around on the Shopify page. I started it on the bottom, but then wanted to move it to the top of the page this change is not executing no matter how many times I refresh or update the settings.
And actually what I REALLY wanted to do is put the form in the middle of the Shopify page, but that function is not available.
