Powerful Contact Form Builder

Consiglio,

Taylor was helpful and resolved the issue quickly and professionally.

The best form builder app out there. Extremely easy, yet it has plenty of advanced features and options that let you use it in a hundred situations. Used it for many years and never, ever, had an issue. If I needed help, the customer support team was very helpful and replied faster than expected. A big thanks to Taylor for the knowledge and professional approach in helping me make changes to the forms.

User-friendly, easy to setup and use. It helps streamline the process from submission through to track and filter submissions. Support team (Taylor) is super helpful and quick to answer any queries. Great experience. Highly recommended.

Fantastic app and even better support! I ran into quite a few technical problems while setting up forms, but their team, especially Emma, was super patient and fixed every single one of them for me. Everything works perfectly now.

Powerful Form Builder is easy to use and makes it simple to create and customise forms for our Shopify store. I also had a great experience with their support team. Emma was responsive and helped identify and fix a custom CSS issue that was hiding our form description. Thanks!

I’m building a webshop in Shopify and wanted to include a withdrawal form. Someone recommended the Powerful Form Builder app to me. The app is very user-friendly and versatile, but there was one specific field that I couldn’t figure out how to add.

When I asked for help via the chat, I was assisted by Emma. She was incredibly helpful and patient and managed to help me add the special field to the form.

Since I’m using the free version of the app, I didn’t expect to receive such great support. Absolutely TOP!

I would definitely recommend this app.

Easy app to set up and use. We need multiple forms, and this provides a streamlined way to track and filter submissions. I needed help with the settings on one of our forms that I couldn't figure out on my own, and Taylor was able to fix what I needed and also sent a video so that I knew how to do it on my own in the future.

Great app—very flexible and easy to customize to our needs. We’ve been able to create forms that work well for our business, and the customer service has been excellent. The support team is responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues. Highly recommended!
