The best form builder app out there. Extremely easy, yet it has plenty of advanced features and options that let you use it in a hundred situations. Used it for many years and never, ever, had an issue. If I needed help, the customer support team was very helpful and replied faster than expected. A big thanks to Taylor for the knowledge and professional approach in helping me make changes to the forms.

I’m building a webshop in Shopify and wanted to include a withdrawal form. Someone recommended the Powerful Form Builder app to me. The app is very user-friendly and versatile, but there was one specific field that I couldn’t figure out how to add.

Easy app to set up and use. We need multiple forms, and this provides a streamlined way to track and filter submissions. I needed help with the settings on one of our forms that I couldn't figure out on my own, and Taylor was able to fix what I needed and also sent a video so that I knew how to do it on my own in the future.

I like the easy way to build forms, even across several pages. When we ran into a small issue Taylor helped us out through the chat. Bonus points for using the async nature of chat support instead of requiring in sync communication.
