Powerful Contact Form Builder

It does what it should. The team took a while to come back, but it appears to be resolved.

This app help me for conversion and up sales, but can input some letter. i hope it will update later

So far it is straightforward to navigate. However, I wish there wasn't a plug for the app on the bottom right hand corner of the form.

I have use it a little but I like its displays and friendly setting. Besides, free versión is a plus.

Clean, efficient form builder. Can make a wide range forms for pages, products and more. Best to use on a computer. Ok on iPad. Not great on mobile (unless I’m missing something). Regardless, recommend.

Pretty good app! Just wish it integrated with Freshdesk better. Customer service responded pretty quickly.

I am testing this app, if there is any feedback, I will update it immediately. How many words I need to submit this review?

The team was helpful in troubleshooting issues. Great app! Wish it had more customizable feature....
