Taylor was very helpful with us building a new contact form with many variables and different languages. We created a troubleshooting guide for our machines if they dont work as we wanted to try to fix the issue before they contact us. The app works very well across multiple markets, with many new features regularly launched.

We use Powerful Form Builder for multiple forms on our website, for customers to contact, apply for our infamous Innovation Hub and report accidents in their safety wear products we sell. Unfortunately my email was supressed and we weren't receiving emails for the Accident Report Form, within 20 minutes of contacting the support email address, Emma resolved the problem and we're back up and running. Great service!

Emma was very responsive and helpful in resolving my query. The issue appears to have been caused by my email address being inadvertently removed from the form submission notifications, which was a little frustrating. However, I appreciated Emma's prompt assistance and professionalism in getting everything working again.

So far we are loving the app. It's great that you can force login so it ties it to a customer profile. This is exactly the functionality that we need. We can get signatures, have them upload a file, and everything else we need. When I talked to Phoebe she helped answer questions. Support was quick and easy.

I use Powerful Form Builder for my custom cake inquiry form, and it’s been a great fit. Customers can choose their date, servings, budget and flavour, and upload inspiration photos, and I get all the details in one organized email. It looks clean on my store and works well on mobile.

I did run into a problem with the email notifications, but Phoebe from the support team helped fix it quickly and made sure everything was working again. Great support, and I’d recommend it to anyone who takes custom orders or inquiries.

I contacted the support team via email to fix a small issue. Emma replied within 30 mins with a fix. Great service and a great product. Highly recommend for Shopify websites looking to up their form filling game and send lead events to FB ads and Google ads GA4 etc. or use Zapier webhooks.

We use this app over a couple of websites, but now have the requirement to send emails from our own 365 domain, which doesn't seem to be an option currently (OAUTH2 not supported). We chatted with Taylor though and they helped us out with alternative solutions and upcoming new features which was really helpful.

Great support experience. We had an issue where a couple of form submissions didn't send their notification emails, and Taylor from the support team looked into it quickly, explained what had happened, and got it fixed by switching the app to a new email provider. Friendly, patient and clear the whole way through. The form builder itself does exactly what we need for our truck show award orders. Thanks Taylor!
