Build unlimited forms — contact, RSVP, quotes, returns, warranty — and embed them on any storefront

Formly lets you build any form your store needs and drop it into any page. Start from 11 templates — contact, RSVP, feedback, support, quote, return, appointment, wholesale, warranty, newsletter, or blank — then customise fields, colours, and confirmation wording. Every submission lands in a dashboard, emails your team, and sends the customer a confirmation. Inline or pop-up embed, spam protection, conditional fields, submission numbering, and per-form recipient overrides included.

Formly makes creating and managing forms for a Shopify store more convenient. I like the variety of templates and customization options, which make it easier to collect customer information and manage submissions in one place. It looks like a useful solution for stores that need flexible forms for different purposes.
