FoxKit: Upsell & Bundles App

Great support! Highly appreciated

Helpful for me! Very quick support!

Great functionality but especially fast service!! Really recommend!

FoxKit has become an indispensable part of my Shopify store setup, especially when paired with the Minimog theme. The app delivers exactly what it promises with intuitive features that are both powerful and user-friendly.

But what truly sets FoxKit apart is their exceptional support team. I had the pleasure of working with them, who was not only incredibly fast in responding but also genuinely enthusiastic about helping me solve my issue. Her positive energy and dedication were evident from the first message - she tackled my problem with such enthusiasm that it felt like she was personally invested in my success.

The resolution came within minutes, which is practically unheard of in the Shopify app ecosystem. After working with countless apps and support teams, I can confidently say this level of service is rare. Having such an enthusiastic and responsive team backing the product gives me complete confidence in using FoxKit for my business.

This is exactly how customer support should be done - fast, effective, and delivered with genuine enthusiasm. Absolutely recommend this app and team. 10/10!

Excellent theme with so many sections to choose from, starter themes are great and easily customisable. Lots of quality support documentation and videos available, and fantastic, prompt customer support when required. Highly recommend Minimog theme.

Great app with great features. The support is also excelent!

Excellent Support – Even for Non-Tech Users!

We haven’t launched the new menu yet, so I can’t rate the final result – but the support has been outstanding!

I’m not very technical, but the team was incredibly helpful, patient, and easy to communicate with. They explained everything clearly and really listened to my needs.

It’s great to see such competent and user-friendly support. Highly recommended!
