We explored several apps to find one that could meet our specific requirements. During our search, we came across this app and decided to test its features. It met almost all our requirements, although we needed some additional customization to achieve the exact functionality we were looking for.

We contacted the support team, and they responded promptly, patiently addressed all our queries, and helped us with the necessary customizations. After testing, everything worked perfectly according to our requirements.

We truly appreciate the team's responsiveness, technical support, and willingness to understand our specific needs and deliver the right solution. Thank you for your excellent support and for helping us achieve exactly what we were looking for. We're very happy to use this app and would highly recommend it!

Nice app that does exactly what we were looking for. To add a free printed catalog to any shipped order saving our customers $3 for additional postage when purchasing alone.

However, with that said, I did ask a question to them about changing the verbiage, and all I received was "Yes, it is possible" without any context as to how that change is made.

Again, I love the app, it is perfect for what I needed, but perhaps a little further details would have been nice.

Thank you,

Excellent support from Yash! He helped me set up our “Buy 3, Get 1 Free” promotion and resolve an issue with the wrong gift appearing. His guidance was clear and helpful, and customers can now choose between a Mani Bag and a Pedi Bag as intended. Thank you, YASH, for your patience and support!
