Have used both this app's Gift Offer and Mix & Match options.
The set-up for both was fairly seamless. Lots of customisable options for how the offer will look on the live site, and it's easy to understand/integrate with our Shopify fulfilment processes in the backend.
Where there were problems with implementing widgets on our custom liquid theme, the on-call support person Anne was super quick to respond and fix the issues via Live Chat. Thanks guys!

It's really easy to ask questions about all posibilities of the app, and create custom options in the cart drawer. Whenever de BOGOS support team is online, you get a qucik response. Apart form that, the app is easy to use compared to other apps, though it'd be nice to have more non-code customization options.

I've used the BOGOS Free Gift Bundle Upsell App since 2025, mainly to offer Free Gifts.
I recently decided to try the Classic Bundle. It didn't work straight out of the box, as I am still using Shopify theme 1.0 and not the newer 2.0.
I reached out to BOGOS for help. Delwyn and Dexter worked on this for me until it worked just as I wanted it to look on my site.

The app is fully featured, but it would be even better if the banner widget could be set up without needing customer support. That said, Julie from customer support was incredibly helpful. She was responsive and very friendly!
