This is a good app. Great support from the staffs, especially from Suzanne. Her support and service level are outstanding! She goes above and beyond to fulfill our needs.
Unlike other apps that only need one type of weight for calculation, this app requires you to setup both the physical weight and dimension for their Smart Box calculation. This feature does not work well with the products that were selling. Also, the app layout can be better, if they are simpler and cleaner.

Clickship has been lifechanging for me. I live in a rural area and always had to drive to the post office to drop my packages off, but now I can get pickups with companies like Dicom and Purolator. It's been so easy, also. The shipping prices are a few dollars less than regular mail AND the packages arrive in like 1-2 days. I've actually had several customers write to me saying they are super impressed at how fast their order arrived. The customer service is excellent, always a really fast response from my agent Suzanne. Thank you !!!!

For Canadian businesses installing this app is a NO BRAINER. Literally helped me save hundreds on shipping overnight. The app is very user friendly and full of useful features. I love the support I've received so far from Daniel and my Freightcom rep, Riaz. The fact that Shopify forces Canadian sellers to purchase Canada Post shipping labels using USD is perhaps the most ludicrous thing I've ever heard especially considering Shopify is a Canadian company. Wow. It's about time we get a shipping app like this. We love it. The way it streamlines the process. No more cut and paste addresses or even fulfill or enter tracking numbers. It does it all for you. A few clicks, print the label and you're done. It fulfills the order and automatically sends your templated shipping confirmation email to the customer. Not only does it make it easy but their shipping prices are the best I've seen and the app really gets an accurate rate for each product you offer. I have the app on both of our Shopify sites now. If I could give it 6 stars I would. You need this.

AN ABSOLUTE MUST FOR ALL CANADIAN SHOPIFY STORES
We've been looking for a shipping solution within Shopify that will send tracking info direct to our customers, and Freightcom covers that. Along with, auto populating your customer's info from the order, and offering real time LOW rates. We've shipped with other 3rd parties and Freightcom in 9/10 postal codes were less expensive. Working with Freightcom is a no brainer. It's been about a month that we've signed up, used the service for Shopify orders as well as phone orders and are 100% satisfied with everything including their customer service.

Just started using the Freightcom Shipping app and it has been absolutely amazing. Freightcom has made it possible for us to ship easily and cost-effectively to our customers.

The automated shipping process makes it easy for me to focus less on shipping and more on my store. The customer service has been great and very helpful every step of the way- no long wait times on the phone, they respond immediately! The boxing algorithm provides my customers accurate real-time discounted rates from a variety of top carriers and automatically fulfills the shipping orders. You can schedule pick-ups and batch print the shipping labels directly from the app.

Note that you need to be able to use 3rd party shipping integrations to use this app. Otherwise as others have said, the support is top-notch.

This is good until it works. So many errors happens and I reported about 10 times so far. They say 'We will pass this to tech department' and nothing happens. Pricing is competitive.

Love it! Roy is great and quick to reply. User interface is seamless as well. Prices are great and I love that I can compare against all couriers. Integration to Shopify and Etsy is amazing!!

Very good for getting reduced rates. Suzanne is fantastic with getting back on anything I email her on. When this whole covid 19 thing happened she reached out to check in and offer help and I really appreciated that!
