Schrott App. Pfeile zurück funktionieren nicht und in der Kategorie werden trotz Aktivierung nichts angezeigt. Eine neue App wo die Zeit verschwendet wurde.
Hello there. This is Justin from Simesy team.
We're sorry for your experience and regret that things didn’t go as expected with our app
We'd love to work with you to investigate further on the issue. Therefore, I've already sent you an email. Please check that out.
We would appreciate a second chance from you very much. Thank you.
Simesy Product FAQs is super easy to use and looks great on my store. I love how I can add product-specific FAQs and customize the design to match my brand. It's helped cut down on customer questions, and support has been quick and helpful. Definitely recommend!
App works well, FAQ's look professional and helped with our conversion rate, and customer service is super responsive.
The app works well and the customer service is very responsive and able to help me in a timely manner, especially Justin recommendations. But it's just that the number of FAQs is only 10, hope can add more after.
The application is not following EU GDPR laws. They copy and store your stores data in their own server without single notification to the store owner.
The person in charge was very helpful. I highly recommend this app.
Informative, easy to use, chat support is SUPER helpful, nice work there Justin
Justin was extremely helpful in helping us navigate, customize, and add features we didn't know how to set up.
They're very responsive and offer solutions quickly.
Would love to see more from Simesy in the future.
easy installation, needed some adjustments, tech support was great
Great app, especially thanks to their super friendly, reactive and quick technical support. We've had several requests already and were always able to sort it out quickly.
