bom atendimento e funções no app!
Thanks for the wonderful rating! It means a lot to our team and keeps us motivated.
We couldn't get the app to work right. Reached out multiple times to support because the balls on the games wouldn't show up on the widget for us. Last heard from them and as told 3 days ago this: Welcome! My name is Tom I hope you are doing well.
I apologize that the issue hasn't been resolved yet. Please rest assured that your ticket is important for us. I will keep you updated promptly as soon as it is addressed. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Best regards,
Support Team
Still nothing more from them. Not even an update in 3 days! Really disappointed as they have pretty good reviews but I sure didn't have luck. App didn't work and support was not helpful.
My advise, businesses will not wait days for support to get your app working. Hours and maybe a day but not pushing a week to get something working. There are a million apps on Shopify so if you fail a business they will just move on to another app that actually works for them.
Really bummed wanted to use this app but can't pay for something that doesn't work and they don't support. Uninstalling it and will move on to another app that work and has support.
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience.
Our technical team carefully reviewed the issue on your store and found that third-party applications were interfering with the proper functionality of our app. This kind of conflict can sometimes prevent key features.
Should you decide to give the app another try, our support specialists will be happy to assist you every step of the way to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Thank you again for your feedback.
I'm surprised that it's free now, which should be the initial operation strategy.
In any case, this is a very good spin wheel software, with clear and simple logic, ready to use out of the box, highly recommended.
Suggestion: It would be better if the settings page could be moved to the Shopify server.
Thanks a lot for your feedback! Knowing that our work is making a difference keeps us motivated. Thanks for the suggestion!

Pretty straightforward to install and intuitive to customise. Just testing on a few product pages but I like the added engagement this app should provide - and it's free! Well done.
Thanks for the positive feedback! We're glad to know the app is meeting your expectations, and we're here if you ever need anything.

I recommend this app if you want something different than the wheel that everyone else has. Plus, it's very customizable! The colors, placement, size, everything. Check it out!
