Wir haben die App relativ neu installiert und haben von Channable zur Official Galaxus App gewechselt. Das Onboarding vom App-Team war sehr professionell. Das operative Galaxus-Business läuft seit Beginn fehlerfrei und ist vollautomatisiert. Eine 1A-App. Klare Empfehlung.
Genau das, was wir gesucht haben – rundum perfekt. Gary hat uns von Anfang an kompetent beraten, sich Zeit für unsere Fragen genommen und uns auch beim Setup tatkräftig unterstützt. So hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Integration funktioniert zuverlässig und nimmt uns im täglichen Betrieb enorm viel manuellen Aufwand ab. Produkte, Preise und Lagerbestände lassen sich sauber mit Galaxus synchronisieren und auch die Bestellabwicklung ist unkompliziert in unseren bestehenden Shopify-Prozess integriert.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das Onboarding und den persönlichen Support. Das Team begleitet die Einrichtung sehr kompetent, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert und kennt sowohl Shopify als auch die Anforderungen von Galaxus bis ins Detail. Fragen werden schnell beantwortet und man merkt, dass hier nicht einfach nur eine App angeboten wird, sondern echte E-Commerce-Erfahrung dahintersteht.
Für uns als Schweizer D2C-Brand ist Galaxus ein spannender zusätzlicher Vertriebskanal – und mit dieser App lässt sich der Marketplace wesentlich einfacher und effizienter bewirtschaften.
