We tried other DTF gang sheet builders before this one and had nothing but problems. Exports were low quality, files went missing, and it took forever to get a sheet ready. This one fixed all of that. We get true 300 DPI print-ready files, fast, with no issues. Customers build their own sheets, auto nest does the layout, we just download and print, and our sales went up too. Big thanks to the team! Best pick for anyone selling DTF transfers on Shopify.
Excellent gang sheet builder! It’s easy to use, and my customers love the AI features. Their customer service team was incredibly helpful and even set up the entire page for me from scratch. I really appreciate their support. Highly recommend!
I've been in the DTF business for years and have tested quite a few gang sheet builders. What I like most about this one is that customers rarely need help figuring it out. They upload their artwork, build their sheet, and place the order without calling us for support.
The mobile experience is much better than most alternatives we've tried, which matters because a large portion of our customers order from their phones. The team has also been open to feedback and has added several improvements based on suggestions from real users.
One feature that really stands out is the Super Nest tool. Compared to the builder we used before, our customers are consistently able to fit more designs into the same sheet size, which helps reduce waste and save money. The AI tools are also surprisingly useful. Features like automatic background removal, image enhancement, and layout optimization save customers a lot of time.
No software is perfect, but this is the one we've had the best experience with so far. Between the ease of use, strong mobile experience, and the efficiency gains from Super Nest, it's been a great addition to our workflow. Highly recommended for DTF shops looking to simplify the ordering process.
SUPPORT FAILED TO RESPOND. UNINSTALLED THE APP!
Hi — we're truly sorry your message didn't reach us in time. That's not the experience we want anyone to have, and we take full responsibility for being reachable.
Since then, we've significantly strengthened our support channels. Merchants can now reach us directly from the app's admin panel via live chat, phone support, email, or by booking a one-on-one meeting at a time that works for them — a real person responds, typically within hours on business days.
We'd still love the chance to make this right. Please reach out through any of these channels, or email us directly at support@neuralmatrix.io, and we'll prioritize your case personally.
Finally a gang sheet builder that actually works on mobile! The AI-powered auto-placement arranges everything perfectly, and customers can even generate custom designs with AI. No more manual work!
Many of my long-time customers have started using this. I also think it’s very easy and useful. They also mentioned that the AI-related features are very successful. I shared feedback with the team who developed the application based on my experience in the industry, and they implemented everything successfully. I would recommend it to everyone.
I’ve tested a lot of gang sheet builders, and this one has been the smoothest for me. It’s easy to use, fast, and my customers are very happy. Really appreciate it, thank you!
