First -- you can not find better customer service at the help desk anywhere! John, in particular, is an absolute wizard! The app works well and it is keeping us compliant -- but the tech help alone is worth 5 stars.
from start to finish since installing this app i was very well looked after and helped by Georgi to set it all up on my website , he was super helpful, kind and very good at his knowledge to make sure all was done properly to comply with the EU regulations of selling online
