We run a small Shopify store and needed a special solution to hide the cookie banner on one specific page used for our seminar information screen.

Upgrading to a higher plan was too expensive for our small business, so we contacted Consentmo support to ask whether there was another solution.

To our surprise, their support team worked with their developers and provided a custom code solution completely free of charge!

Everything works perfectly. The cookie banner is hidden on our seminar screen, while it continues to appear normally on all other pages of our store.

The app is very clear and easy to use and the help provided is amazing. When we encountered an issue, Zeus on their team was thorough and communicative. He found the issue, explained why it was happening, and fixed it.

In reviewing ADA compliance on our website, we noticed that one feature in this app was throwing errors for our ADA analysis. Upon bring this up to the team, the response was quick and effective. John S. was on top of communication and the issue was explained and resolved in less than 24 hours.

Extremely positive experience with their support team. No AI responses, just a human dealing with any configuration questions quickly and effectively. Even got sent videos showing me where certain elements were in settings when I was having issues finalising configuration.

Would recommend this app, extremely flexible and covers everything you need for global ecommerce compliance.

The app seems to work well and does what we need it to. It is a bit confusing how they try to push you into a higher plan and then you aren't sure if you've got all your bases covered or not. (I took off a star for that reason.) The help is usually prompt and thorough however -- they do customer service well and if you get Joseph or John helping you, you're in great hands! (Both have helped me enormously -- very nice and so very helpful!!)

Great app and excellent support

We’ve been using Consentmo and have been very happy with the experience so far. The app is easy to use, offers plenty of useful features and makes managing cookie consent and compliance much simpler.
A special mention to Zeus, who has been doing an excellent job helping us whenever we had questions or needed assistance. He is very responsive, knowledgeable and always takes the time to make sure everything is properly resolved. Overall, a great app with a fantastic support team. I would definitely recommend Consentmo.

Excellent app with genuinely outstanding support

We have used Consentmo for some time, but recently carried out a much more thorough review of our privacy and cookie consent setup as we expanded our Shopify store internationally and into multiple languages.

I have been extremely impressed. Consentmo gives us a great deal of control while still making a fairly complicated area of ecommerce manageable. We have been able to configure our consent banner, regional privacy requirements, privacy request pages, cookie information, accessibility statement and multilingual storefront requirements in a way that works well with our Shopify setup.

What has particularly stood out is the support. Whenever I have had a question — including some quite specific multilingual configuration issues — the team has responded quickly, understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and pointed me directly to the correct solution. The documentation is also excellent and has clearly been written around real Shopify use cases rather than simply explaining features in isolation.

After going through the app in much greater depth, I actually have more confidence in Consentmo than when we first installed it. It feels like a mature, well-supported app that continues to develop alongside Shopify.

An easy five stars from us and highly recommended.

Oltre ad aver risolto le beghe con il consent mode v2 di google, oggi, dall'alto della mia arroganza ho contattato l'assistenza perché non riuscivo a modificare la posizione del widget in mobile. O meglio, pensavo di aver capito come fare ma la UI/UX dell'app mi ha un po' confuso.
Mi ha risposto Georgi a cui ho spiegato il mio problema e che, prontamente, mi ha inviato i video di come fare, e a continuato a inviarmelo anche se, in maniera irriverente, gli dicevo che avevo già fatto quello che mi diceva di fare.
Ma non era vero, non stavo guardando dove effettivamente avrei dovuto guardare. Poi ho capito e ho risolto il problema. Bravo Georgi che non ha mollato. Buona app, facile e pratica.

I have only been using this app for a few days so far but I am already very pleased with it and glad I chose Consentmo. The app was easy to set up although I did have one small issue which I was struggling with. I asked for help on the live chat and John was very helpful and he was able to rectify the issue for me.

I would definitely recommend Consentmo.
