Pandectes LGPD Brasileira

Great service from Ermis; I got my problem resolved and my questions answered.

So glad it is up and running smoothly, Ermis was a great help checking and fixing our fairly complex setup to ensure everything was working as intended. Great to have such a useful tool with lots of customizations to design our cookie consent for a nice experience with peace of mind that it is correctly configured. Thanks!

We looked through many cookie banner apps and this is the only one that we were able to configure to full compliance. Customer care took the time to help us classify all our cookies correctly.

Fast Support and Easy Setup!

Natalie from the support team helped us make our store GDPR compliant. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and quick to assist us with everything we needed.

I highly recommend the Pandectes app to anyone looking for an easy way to manage GDPR compliance. A big thank you to Natalie for the excellent and fast support!

Pandectes makes managing cookie compliance and GDPR requirements in Shopify completely hassle-free. The setup was smooth, but what really sets them apart is their customer support. Ermir was super helpful, fast and resolved my questions right away. Highly recommend!

Years of trouble-free use on our jewellery store, and support that really looks at your case: Marios answers quickly, tests your live store himself and explained everything clearly and honestly. Recommended.

Marios at Pandectes sorted our consent set-up properly. He checked our Google Consent Mode settings, told us straight which Autoblocker rules we needed and which we didn't, and answered follow-up questions quickly and without jargon. When we tested his advice in a clean browser it did exactly what he said. Good support from someone who knows the app and the rules behind it.

Sehr guter Support.
