I used GeekSeller for Shopify to eBay integration with a large inventory of tens of thousands of auto parts, and overall, the experience was positive, until I got $5 invoice for not doing anything, and because of that My account was suspended even after I uninstalled it from Shopify. Lucky me, I got out on time.
I had to stop using it due to some specific requirements on my end.
Hi, I noticed you changed your review from five stars to one star. I understand this may be related to a billing issue. Our system automatically pauses accounts when invoices go unpaid. If you would like to extend your trial, we’re happy to do that. Please contact our support team, and we can quickly reinstate your account and assist with anything you need. Since you previously had a positive experience with our app, we kindly ask that you reconsider and update your review. We’re here to help resolve any issues you encountered.
