it is fast that the asstance came, but they change too often, then when the new person comes, it takes a long time while that person reads the history and start making questions about the problem. So it is a very good help, but it takes very long to solve the problem we are having because they change the person that assist and sometimes go back over things there are already fixed or understook. Any way very good, Thank you very much

The support team is very helpful when you need any special elements. I'd recommend it to anybody looking to get into ecom.
