I feel like only Mridini is actually working in Gempages, I have had to wait for the enquiries and after wasting hours, all I heard was "we will get back to you", and the staff disappeared. esp Tony and Annie who are experts to copy and paste fine print of what to do with no proper instructions or help

I find Gempages to be a very easy to use web building framework that requires zero coding knowledge to use well. Though what I'm most impressed with is their customer service. They really do try to help you in every way they can. I'm very happy with their service thus far.

I used GemPages to build out my entire website so that it looked exactly the way I wanted it to (the native Shopify builder is SO limited!). I just realized today that there was an issue with the Search function on all of my GemPages-built pages. I contacted support through the live chat function and was connected with a support person within 5 minutes. Tony was extremely helpful and expedited my issue to technical support. In under 30 minutes, they not only solved my issue, but included screenshots showing me exactly what they did to rectify it - amazing! This type of customer support is why I chose GemPages in the first place and I am SO happy I did! It's such a huge relief to be able to connect with a support team and get issues fixed in a timely manner when they arise. Highly recommend!
