I have played with other plug in platforms, but no others are this user friendly. The customer service is AMAZING! ANYTHING I have had trouble with, they have helped me. their response time is quick. They send me videos on how to do things, if there is a coding error, they go in and fix that for me. I have had many zoom calls with them learning how to use the platform. They are patient with me, and super on top of my needs. This plug in also utilizes shopify, which some others don't. I love GemPages and the staff!

My page broke and when I informed them they closed the live chat and ignored me. My page still has big error message. This is the worst software ever. Dont use it. All the people saying its 5 star are referral people or bought reveiws.

As for the reviews — Shopify maintains very strict moderation and policies. If we ever attempted to buy reviews, our app would’ve been removed immediately. Every review on our page is genuine and unfiltered.

Gempages works flawelessly. It's fast and not buggy at all unlike other page builders. Also their support is top notch and fast. I had an issue because of a translation app that was interfering with the functions and they fixed it for me! Also they created a custom product selection design to match our front end store, overnight and free of charge. Amazing

Very intuitive page builder. I have no experience of building pages yet Imanaged to build a really decent looking landing page. I had one small issue I needed support with and it was dealt with quick and efficiently. Highly recommend. I'm looking forward to building more pages

I've tried several page builders, and GemPages is by far the most flexible and user-friendly. The drag-and-drop interface is smooth, and there are tons of customization options without needing to touch any code. It’s perfect for building high-converting landing pages, product pages, and even full custom layouts.
What really impressed me is their customer support — super fast, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. As someone without a design background, I’ve been able to build beautiful and responsive pages that look professional on both desktop and mobile.

App is great, but would like to have some native features like in sales funnel, showing/not showing an upsell page conditionally if the user has already bought the upsell product, feature to add an order bump product, etc. built into it.

Kiran was very patient and helpful. He took his time to answer my questions and provided screenshots every step of the way. I had been struggling with about 6 issues and he sorted everything out quickly and clearly and I was able to complete my landing page. I also got to explore other features as well.
I wish the app had an affordable paid plan for stores that want between 1 - 5 landing pages only since the free plan has just 1 page and the first paid plan is unlimited pages.

We wanted to be able to create unique pages tailored to our liking. However, we were limited due to Shopify's themes at times. GemPages allows us to unleash that creativity and bring it to life, giving us the opportunity to create the best user experiences for our customers online.
The platform may seem daunting to non-technical people initially, but it becomes easy after a few uses.

I am using GemPages for my shopify store. It is great to custimise the shop beyond standard templates. GemPages gives a lot of additional options without coding skills required. GUYS GEMPAGES REALLY IS GOATED, I USED SINCE 2 YEARS RIGHT NOW AND FOR EVERY PROBLEM I EVERYTIME CONTACT THE SUPPORT AND IN SOME HOURS PROBLEM IS SOLVED. Honestly the support chat is the best thing ever and for ecommerce owners like me is really helpful because i can't lose much hours. I suggest gempages for a personalization of product pages, write advertorials, all things that help basically the stores to be cool in 2025 and 100% personalized for increasing the CVR, in a time where all use the same theme, gempages is the gamechanger.
