Had an issue with my theme and Sage one of their support people helped me out throughoughly and resolved my issue. Their support team is one of the best I have seen throughout my Shopify career.
Richard dealt with my question and helped me out in quick time with no fuss, he explained everything in detail for future self serve too - great experience - thank you Richard
The only way for us to feel like we had design and aesthetic control over our site is with gempages. Their support staff is great, too! We have had no complaints!
I received assistance very quickly and the guidance was clear and precise.
Emerald was very helpful and patient. Quickly understood the issue, fixed the GemPages sync problem, and made sure everything was working before we finished. Great support experience!
