GemPages Landingpage‑Builder

Roxanne ROCKS!!! She was quick and efficient in finding my issue and even explained everything. My issue was resolved promptly and quickly. I thought I'd have to wait 24 hours...nope, it 4 minutes and she was on the case!!

it is fast that the asstance came, but they change too often, then when the new person comes, it takes a long time while that person reads the history and start making questions about the problem. So it is a very good help, but it takes very long to solve the problem we are having because they change the person that assist and sometimes go back over things there are already fixed or understook. Any way very good, Thank you very much

The support team is very helpful when you need any special elements. I'd recommend it to anybody looking to get into ecom.

Ottimo supporto clienti! Emmy è stato veloce, gentile e paziente, mi ha aiutata a risolvere il problema di visualizzazione della pagina prodotto e mi ha dato consigli utili per il cambio tema. Il builder è facile da usare anche per un laboratorio artigianale come il mio. Grazie!

Paola.

Very helpful support staff. Solved my issue I have been trying to fix for many days.

I love using GemPages! I'm a mildly techy person. I found the app to be intuitive and easy to navigate. I did reach out to their customer service on something I just couldn't get right and they are super helpful. So appreciative!

I had a great experience with GemPages support! Sage was very patient and helpful, and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions that helped me solve my issue quickly. Everything works perfectly now. Thank you so much, Sage, for the excellent support!

very quick to respond and resolve issues quickly.

Great app for making quality, professional looking product pages, landing pages and funnels. Highly recommend!

Great app and outstanding support! I had an issue with a product image not syncing from Shopify to GemPages, and the support team responded within minutes and solved everything quickly. The builder itself is powerful and intuitive — perfect for building high-converting product pages without coding. Highly recommend!
