Great app and outstanding support! I had an issue with a product image not syncing from Shopify to GemPages, and the support team responded within minutes and solved everything quickly. The builder itself is powerful and intuitive — perfect for building high-converting product pages without coding. Highly recommend!
Ottimo supporto clienti!

I am very satisfied with the customer service that they provide! Although I had to pay 20$ to restore the page that I deleted by mistake, their service was well worth it! GemPages has helped me create websites with ease, and I highly recommend them to all the website builders out there. Again, I'd like to thank GemPages for satisfying all of my needs, and responding to all of my requests on time. Highly appreciated!
GemPages support was patient and thorough. Liam, Jamie and Mona fixed our product rich snippets so all variants and barcodes show correctly, and made sure our Loox review stars still come through. It took a couple of rounds, but they got it right
GemPages has been a great tool for building and customizing our Shopify pages. It’s flexible, easy to work with, and gives us much more control over our page designs. The support team has also been fantastic—super responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any questions or issues. Highly recommended!
Muchas gracias, muy buena la atención solo mejoraría la velocidad que sea ultra rápido ayudaría
I'm kind of a noob when it comes to many of these apps/plugins and Gem can be a bit complicated (to me at least), but whenever I run into any issues, the GemPages support is awesome. They are super responsive and they get it done. The page tools are also great and I'm def adding more versions to my site. Highly recommend. John S. 100%Naturals
I've been using GemPages for a while now and it's been smooth sailing. The drag-and-drop builder is intuitive, customizable, and gives me full control over my page designs. Definitely recommended for any Shopify merchant!
My only suggestion for improvement would be adding a bulk update feature so changes made on one page can automatically apply to duplicate or similar pages.
Great app! Really satisfied with how my store looks so far.
