Update: I'm working on this again 1 year later and still having similar issues. The platform is slow to load and support are not online during European business hours.

App is good but support are rarely online, or at least not online during our normal business hours in the UK. So we send report requests then do not hear back for hours. With other apps at this price and of a similar nature there is always some support around to help.

Frequent occurrence of unusual bugs leads to anomalies in the product pages of the online store, often causing discrepancies between the designed interface and the actual display.

Absolutely brilliant and straightforward drag and drop app. If you have no experience in coding and CSS i believe this is by far the best tool among all the shopify apps you can use to make your website look pro. Many features and options, the more you use it and get used to it, the more you realise you can make very cool stuff. Customer service is always ready to help, i got a couple of tricky troubles sorted out very quickly by the team. Definitely recommended!

GemPages is a great App that we use more and more in our e-commerce these days. First we started with simple pages, and now we even decided to go for a GemPages built homepage, as there are more options and possibilities than our theme offers. And the support is awesome too, helpful, fast and friendly. Have helped is in carious customs solutions and designs that we could do on our own. Definitely recommend this App!

We used to use Shogun but after continues problems and lack of help from them, we moved over to Gempages. The best thing we've done! You get so much more for such an amazing price. They provide fantastic customer service, have helped me out every time within 24 hours. I love the fact that they have a live chat, it's so incredibly handy and now I no longer have to wait days for help over email. I feel more creative now using Gempages. I highly recommend them!

Still going strong with Gempages, and there's nothing I would change from my original review!

Gempages is a great App, but most of all, the support team is very helpful.

The team helped us to install custom font and advised on compatible App to translate the site (Langify) They also helped us sorting out an issue we had with a Add to cart button in a Carousel. Gempages is a fantastic App to get the best design. We had a lot of good reviews from our customers.

GemPages customer service is great, they've always been so helpful and able to fix the issues I've contacted them about. Tony was very friendly and knowledgeable, he helped to resolve my problem with ease and explained exactly what was wrong. GemPages allows me to build out my theme with professional custom pages designed the way I want them.

This app is really simple to use and has great functionality. I really like the fact that you can configure for desktop, then go to other device configurations and customize for each device. Customer support has been excellent too!

I'm in love with it. So easy to use. Pages turn out beautiful.
