I really enjoy this builder. I've just been on the free plan, but once my store is generating income I will switch to the paid version to take advantage of animations and the other features. I feel the free plan has a good amount to offer.
The support is S Tier. Even on the free plan. I couldn't figure out how to get an element looking how I wanted, the chat bubble support responded instantly. The first guy couldn't get it working but a higher up support member applied the fix in a couple hours and explained exactly how he did it so I could do it myself in the future. Couldn't be happier :)
Hi Multum Labs,
Thank you for sharing your experience, especially as a free-plan user. We are glad you have found plenty of value in the features available and are enjoying building with GemPages.
It is great to hear that our team stepped in when the first solution did not quite work and found a fix within just a few hours. Even better, they explained how it was done so you could handle it yourself next time. That is exactly the kind of support experience we aim to provide.
Whenever you run into another question or want to explore more of what GemPages can do, just give us a shout. We will be happy to help.

Muy útil y práctico, fácil de manejar y aprender. Me gustaría que tuviera opciones drag and drop.
I just joined the GemPages app. An issue occurred while I was building my first product page. I was getting frustrated. I contacted support. They got back to me just after a few minutes. I talked to Felicie. She was very professional and direct. She and her team took over and were able to fix the issue in no time. So far I am satisfied with customer support, and they are knowledgeable.
excellent customer service. if you need help, they will guide you through any question, big or small.
More important than the features, GemPages has an outstanding costumer support that will help you make your webshop the way you want it to be even if it requires them to write sections of custom code for you. Very fast at answering and always very communicative throughout all the steps. So far, we would definitely recommend GemPages to anyone looking for an easy and reliable way to customize their webshop without the limitations of a Shopify Theme.
Good day Lemur,
