GemPages has been an excellent tool for building and optimizing our Shopify store.
We've used it to create landing pages, product pages, collection pages, and custom sections without needing extensive coding knowledge. The flexibility and design freedom are much better than Shopify's default editor, especially for CRO-focused layouts.
What stands out the most is their customer support. Whenever we encountered technical issues or customization challenges, their team responded quickly and worked closely with us until everything was resolved. Recently, Annie and the technical team helped us troubleshoot a Judge.me review carousel issue and provided a working solution with clear guidance.
If you're serious about building high-converting Shopify pages and want reliable support, I highly recommend GemPages.

I am very satisfied with the customer service that they provide! Although I had to pay 20$ to restore the page that I deleted by mistake, their service was well worth it! GemPages has helped me create websites with ease, and I highly recommend them to all the website builders out there. GemPages support was patient and thorough. Liam, Jamie and Mona fixed our product rich snippets so all variants and barcodes show correctly, and made sure our Loox review stars still come through. It took a couple of rounds, but they got it right
GemPages has been a great tool for building and customizing our Shopify pages. It’s flexible, easy to work with, and gives us much more control over our page designs. I'm kind of a noob when it comes to many of these apps/plugins and Gem can be a bit complicated (to me at least), but whenever I run into any issues, the GemPages support is awesome. They are super responsive and they get it done. The page tools are also great and I'm def adding more versions to my site. Highly recommend. John S. 100%Naturals
