OUR WEBSITE JUST CRASHED ON BLACK FRIDAY BECAUSE OF THIS APP. Similar experience to the review below. Can someone help ASAP?
We increased the servers to ensure they would run smoothly for Black Friday. This may have affected the app for about 30 mins.
Great service and quick responses from the team. We've been using this app for more than 2 years and it's the best one for the price.
Got an error displayed after uninstalling the app, then got to fix it. I am updating my review because I am ready to give it a second chance.
We are more than happy to assist, just reach out to us. Usually this should work flawlessly unless the coding of your store is slightly different to others. Please email us at apps@modmedia.com.au with your store address and we will fix anything up for you as quickly and efficiently as possible. It looks like it has been removed though?
works perfectly as described
The app is working well. We have been replying to your emails with you to fix any issues, please check your emails and get back to us, thank you
Fantastic App and Support, support staff could not have been any more helpful! very quick and easy to setup, and makes it so much easier when working with the great team from Mod Media
Great app, helped me redirect customers based on ip address. Responsive helpful support, easy to set up.
It's a really easy to use application and and the customer support is here to help you. I got answer to my questions in a flash. Thanks.
Great app, easy to install and very helpful staff :)
This app is fantastic. I used it while we had a US & Australia shopify website operating and it was the only app I could get to work seamlessly between the two after trying a few. The support has been great and very proactive, even calling us after hours when we had issues. Highly recommend.
The app appears to be working effectively to redirect traffic to our Canada (diyanu.ca) and US (diyanu.com) stores based on the shopper's location. Had an issue with the initial setup and the team jumped in right away to troubleshoot and get things set up properly. I would recommend this app!
