Perfect
Thanks a lot for the review! We're really glad the app’s working exactly the way you wanted.
This is a great app and very clean and easy to use with lots of great features. Unfortunately, the app has stopped working on my browser. I have now tried Brave, Chrome, Safari and Firefox and the app just shows up blank on the back end. I can't edit my existing campaigns and can't create new ones. Initially I was able to see the app only while in Safari, but now it won't work there either. You'd think that after crafting such a well designed app, they would have fixed this already.
Hello, thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback! We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced, this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide.
We’ve already reached out to you by email and shared some troubleshooting steps, and we’re here to continue working with you to resolve this as quickly as possible. In many cases, issues like this can be related to a local environment, and we’d be happy to investigate this further together.
Please feel free to reply to our last message when convenient, and we’ll make this a priority. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to help get everything working properly again.
I have tried multiple countdown apps from the app store. This app has by far the most customizable options.
And the best thing about this app is that it's FREE!
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear our app stands out for its customization and value. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Wonderful app! Easy to use and set up. The only thing that would make this a 6/5 is a start date to go with the end date for timers!
Thank you for the great feedback! We’re glad to hear the app has been easy to use. A start-date option is a fantastic suggestion, and it's already on our roadmap, so you can expect more flexibility in the future. If you have any other ideas, feel free to reach out to us.
